Why we're building Kairo HR
Recruiting suites have made huge progress on sourcing, tracking and reporting. Yet for most in-house teams, scheduling an interview is still a manual job done in an inbox: checking three calendars, proposing times, waiting, and starting again when one of them changes.
Booking links helped sales teams, but they were never designed for interview panels, where several people must be free, a recruiter needs the final say, and candidates should never see your team's diaries.
Kairo HR does one thing well. It collects a candidate's availability, checks it against every interviewer's calendar, and lets you confirm the right time in one click. It works alongside the tools you already have.
Why the name
Kairo comes from kairos, the ancient Greek word for the right moment. Finding the right moment for everyone is the whole job.
Who we are
Kairo HR is being built in London by Naga Perla, a software engineer and founder with more than ten years' experience building cloud and AI products, including a UK digital health platform used by over 100,000 people.
